Terms of Service

By accessing or using GESTL CONNECT (“the site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order, make a payment, or enter into a booking through this site.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else. Prohibited uses include, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, uploading harmful code, and using the site to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

Book prices are shown in US Dollars, with an approximate Naira equivalent for convenience; the USD amount is the amount actually charged or requested. At checkout you may pay by card (processed securely by Paystack) or by bank transfer.

• Card payments are confirmed immediately by Paystack, at which point your order is accepted.
• Bank transfers place your order in a pending state until you upload proof of payment and our team manually confirms the transfer - this does not guarantee product availability until confirmed.

Shipping timelines and costs, where applicable, will be communicated after your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Submitting a speaking enquiry sends a request for review - it does not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability, pricing, and terms for a speaking engagement are discussed and agreed separately once our team responds to your enquiry.

A Clarity Session is a fixed-length, one-on-one paid consultation. Payment (by card or bank transfer, subject to the same confirmation process described in Section 4) is required to book a session. Scheduling is completed separately after payment; the meeting link is provided once your session is confirmed. Please schedule and attend at the agreed time - see Section 8 for our approach to rescheduling and refunds.

Submitting a Private Hub request sends that request for review. It does not constitute confirmed membership or access until approved by our team and, where membership is paid, until payment is confirmed.

Because books, speaking engagements, Clarity Sessions, and Private Hub access are either physical goods or scheduled/limited-availability services, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund - for example, an order that was never fulfilled or a paid session that never took place - contact us promptly with your order or session reference and payment details so we can look into it.

All content on this site - including text, graphics, logos, book covers, and course or session materials - is the property of GESTL CONNECT or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission, except as permitted by applicable law (such as fair use/fair dealing).

Content on this site, including our crypto and financial education materials, is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GESTL CONNECT and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its services.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GESTL CONNECT's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
